Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.

A student’s seat in a course or bootcamp is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

Hafa Math Academy LLC does not directly store full credit card information.

Course Delivery

Courses are typically delivered live online through Zoom or another online video platform.

Customers are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection
• A working computer, tablet, or suitable device
• Access to the email address used during registration
• Any basic materials listed on the course page

Class links and important reminders may be sent by email and, where consent is provided, by SMS.

Parent or Guardian Registration

For students under 18, registration and payment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student attends the course, participates appropriately, and follows the instructor’s guidance.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during live classes.

We reserve the right to remove a student from a live session or course if the student engages in disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior.

Removal for serious misconduct may affect refund eligibility.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy, available on our website.

We currently offer a 100% full refund, no questions asked, for eligible course purchases up to 2 calendar days after the course has ended.

Refund terms may change based on business needs, course structure, course length, pricing changes, promotional offers, operational requirements, curriculum adjustments, or course-specific requirements. Any updated refund terms will be posted on the Refund Policy page or listed on the relevant course page.

Missed Classes

Missed classes do not automatically create a separate refund right outside the refund window described in our Refund Policy.

When possible, we may provide class resources, recordings, or an opportunity to join a future session, but availability is not guaranteed.

Course Changes

We may update course schedules, instructors, class formats, curriculum, activities, platforms, or materials when needed.

If a major schedule change prevents a student from attending, the customer may contact us at support@hafacodingacademy.com to discuss rescheduling or refund options under our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee specific academic grades, test scores, admissions outcomes, competition results, job outcomes, career outcomes, or future performance.

Students are taught to use technology responsibly and ethically. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of third-party tools outside of class.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may use third-party platforms, including but not limited to Stripe, Zoom, WordPress, MailerLite, Twilio, Make, Zapier, Google Workspace, and similar tools.

Use of these third-party platforms may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Communications

By registering for a course, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase and class participation. These may include payment confirmations, class reminders, schedule updates, Zoom links, and course resources.

If you provide consent to receive SMS reminders, you may receive class-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, slides, worksheets, recordings, templates, prompts, examples, lesson plans, and other educational resources are owned by Hafa Math Academy LLC or used with permission.

Customers may use course materials for personal educational use only.

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, or commercially use course materials without written permission.
