Hafa Coding Academy is operated by Hafa Math Academy LLC. We provide live online educational courses, bootcamps, and enrichment programs for students.

100% Refund Guarantee

We currently offer a 100% full refund, no questions asked, for eligible course purchases up to 2 days after the course has ended.

If a parent, guardian, or customer is not satisfied with the course experience, they may request a full refund within 2 calendar days after the final scheduled session of that course.

Refund Eligibility

To request a refund, the request must be submitted within 2 calendar days after the course has ended.

  • Payment email used during registration
  • Approximate purchase date

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on Stripe, the card network, and the customer’s bank.

Missed Classes

If a student misses one or more sessions, the customer may still request a refund within the refund window described above.

When possible, we may also provide class resources, recordings, or an opportunity to join a future session, but availability is not guaranteed.

Course Cancellations or Rescheduling

If Hafa Math Academy LLC cancels a course or bootcamp, customers may request a full refund.

If a course is rescheduled and the student cannot attend the new date, the customer may request a full refund.

Policy Changes

This refund policy is subject to change based on business needs, course structure, course length, pricing changes, promotional offers, operational requirements, curriculum adjustments, or other course-specific requirements.

Any updated refund terms will be posted on this page. The refund policy that applies to a customer’s purchase will generally be the policy shown at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Some future courses, discounted programs, custom tutoring packages, private sessions, special events, or longer-term programs may have different refund terms. Any course-specific refund terms will be listed on the relevant course page or communicated during registration.

Digital Materials and Class Resources

Course materials, worksheets, templates, recordings, slides, prompts, examples, or other digital resources may be provided as part of the course. These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, sold, shared publicly, or redistributed without written permission.
